Yes, it is all over the papers here, how he was well known all over the world. Did you know his predecessor, "Crocodile Dundee"?

Do you think he may have been based on Michael Fomenko, son of Princess Macchabelli, who at age 25 headed north to live in the "rum jungle" of far northern Queensland?

Was that too hard to read? :wink:

To answer Stormwatch first, yes his movie was based on a real character, called Rodney Ansell.

Lezzles, Michael Fomenko, known as "The Tarzan of Queensland" was not his inspiration as you can see if you read Ansell's story on the following site: http://www.colinhewitt.com/ansell.html

Do you agree with me?

Could you both forgive me for my sarcastic crack?

(I did think our young visitor was perhaps genuinely wondering what her - I discovered yesterday that he is a she - friends were on about, and was attempting to pass on some ideas in the form of questions.)

This is for her:

I keep six honest serving men;
(They taught me all I knew)
Their names are What and Where and When
And How and Why and Who.

I send them over land and sea,
I send them east and west;
But after they have worked for me,
I give them all a rest.

I let them rest from nine till five
For I am busy then,
As well as breakfast, lunch and tea,
For they are hungry men:

But different folk have different views;
I know a person small -
She keeps ten million serving men,
Who get no rest at all!

She sends them abroad on her own affairs,
From the second she opens her eyes -
One million Hows, two million Wheres,
And seven million Whys!

(Rudyard Kipling : Just So Stories)

Never stop asking, yugi :wink:

Don't you agree that instead of just telling young people what to do, adults should be encouraging them to seek the answers to their questions and problems? After all, isn't experience the best teacher?

Depends on how they recognise life.

Would you trust a teacher who was simply a book worm?

Yo Dutchy, no, it takes a great deal to upset me Dutchy, I just like popping dick heads when they go on and on about trivia in these threads. If they want it serious and by the book, they can have sex and travel. Life's far too short to be arsing about with numbskulls who go poking their heads into **** looking for a smell. Some pillocks never know how lucky they have been until they get a smack on the nose, do they? Rolling Eyes
