When you have one do you think you will still need to ask others what a true friend is?

Friends often share likes and dislikes, interests, pursuits, and passion, would you share that view with me?

Mad How could you say that, Dutchy? Shouldn't a real friend like you for who you are and not mold you into what they want you to be? Mad

Isn't it sad to hate those that you call friends?

Do you think he needs to contemplate the nature of friendship, that true friends will tell you the truth, even if it hurts; that even if they do hurt you, you forgive a true friend; and vice versa?

Do his friends want to change aspects of his personality to be just like them or because they can see trouble brewing if he does not change?

Isn't it so true that we are blind to our own folly? ("The greatest gift that God could give us, would be to see ourselves as others see us.")

Would it not be a good idea for him to take the time to discuss this with his friends, either as a group, or on a one-to-one situation?

Very much so, a typical self-made Aussie larrikin, will be very much missed. The Prime Minister of Australia has offered him a State Funeral, that's how much he was regarded here, one of the Country's finest Ambassadors. Despite his antics on TV, did you now he really was a wild-life conservationist?

Yes, and did you know that we here in America followed him closely, enjoyed watching him and are saddened by his untimely death?
