It's fine by me if you want to scrat about removing plungers from well worn slave cylinders, fitting new seals, re-assembling, bleeding the system and hoping for the bloody best, because that's as good as it gets.
It's a back street abortion in my book though! As it is, I don't give a monkey's **** about what is going on down back streets!
If I come across a leaking slave cylinder, brake or clutch especially, I replace the unit, it's a far more sensible approach to take. There's a warranty with the part, the safety of the appliance, consequently the vehicle, driver and passengers (if any) are better assured and your not driving round town, on the highway or out in the country on a wing and a prayer!
Get it, got it, Good?
Gee, are you getting your knickers all bunched up again? You missed the part about the lightning then didn't you?
Thats all very nice but when your talking about a used out of date product thats hard to get parts for in the first place, I can see your infinite wisdom has me way surpassed

don't take it personally we are here to laugh and have fun not berate one another, I do however appreciate the advice about the warranty and all, but that applies to new products, not a 21 year old product! Sorry for getting your motor running though looks like we may have to add a jake brake to that puppy,Get it got it good, French horn?
