Please can someone help me.....

I am planning to marry a Portuguese national in Portugal in June 2006 but I can not find any advice with the legal side!!

He has been living in the UK for 3 years and we would like a legal ceremony in Faro....is this possible without one of us having to live there for 30 days beforehand (does that even matter as he is originally from there)

Can anyone please help!!!!!!!!!
