I need some help trying to remember a movie which may have only been made for TV. It was about 3 young siblings that were not with their parents and the oldest child (maybe 11 or 12) looked after the other 2. The only scene I can remember was them adding water to the milk jug so all 3 could put something in their cereal. Any ideas? Thank you.
Any ideas about:
- Where the film took place?
- Race of the kids and any other identifying characteristics?
- Reason why the parents were out of the picture?
- Any other scenes you can recall, such as at school, a courtroom, etc.?
