Hi,

I have a huge lump of Porterhouse meat sitting in my freezer. I don't know how much it weighs but judging from it's size it can feed 10 people.
Any ideas on how to cook it? I've found lots of recipes for steaks but this is one big lump of frozen meat.

Thanks!

I have tried to investigate recipes and can't seem to come up with anything. I suppose you will have to invite me to dinner and I will then decide how to prepare this lovely cut of meat.

I think I would try cooking it like a prime rib.

I'm sure someone on here would know so I thought I would try bumping you into the active topics to see if you get any bites.

And welcome to A2K, ruthj!

thanks for reply. I'd gladly ask you for dinner if you can get to Israel before tomorrow night ;-)
