How to prepare a good mocca?

How to prepare a reasonably good mocca using expresso (one that can whip the cream/milk a bit)?

I tried adding some dark cocoa to coffee before brewing and then to the cream before/during the whipping and it's quite good although it's still not that Sad

Who has a working recipe?
