You are not a dolt boomerang. Just took a bit longer to solve, but you got it solved. If you had all the answers, you wouldn't have had to ask the question :-)

I've have a document stuck in my print queue for a week now and I can't remove it no way, no how! I've rebooted, unplugged the ports, etc and the stupid thing is STILL stuck in the print queue. I'm ready to throw the darn in the garbage!

@Kayelz,
If you have your printer software, I would suggest that you uninstall the printer and then reinstall.

Windows 7 go to.....
Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers

Right click your printer icon , choose troubleshoot and it should kick the stuck documents out..... forcing them to print

Works for me everytime......Goodluck!!
