Hey!
Lately Ive been noticing that my rib Cage is getting flatter, even though i do cardiovascular exercise. And my man tits are round, pointy and shiny!
Is there any way to stop this from happening, that is that my ribs will show under my cheek. I drink alot of water, and sweat alot maybe that's why?! Also I don't want my rib Cage to stick out and to be boney. Any tips? Maybe eat slow digesting food etc?
