I have a 1994 Pontiac Grand AM. It is a Canadian model, so the highbeams also funtion as the daytime running lights. The highbeams/daytime running lights don't work, but the lowbeams and driving lights do. The highbeam indicator on the dash also does not come on. The bulbs and fuse are good. It is a single fuse for both high and low beams and I have also checked it with a meter. When the highbeams are set to ON, there is zero voltage on the wires at the bulbs. Where should I look next?
Find the high beam relay. Sounds like its fried. Test voltage before and after the relay. You also may have some corrosion on the pins of the relay or a damaged wire somewhere.
about 33cm back from the headlamp sockets you will find a splice it is usually the pink wire soder if broke or corroided first though unplug day time running light module and see if this fixes problem mudboy
