@reasoning logic,
If you listen to all the economists and/or talk shows about economics, you must be totally confused!

That's because economists do not agree about anything concerning a) our economy, b) the world economy.

From the information you have garnered from listening to all sides of economic issues, what are your opinions on a) Greece's economy, b) Euro country economy, c) world economy, d) US economy e) future inflation rate for the US, and f) the stock and bond markets on 12/31/2011, and 12/31/2012 ?

@cicerone imposter,
I do not have faith in any economic system that is believed {in use} around the world, I just have to accept what everyone else has agreed to!

The same as yours, "that they do not all agree!

I hate to say it but paradigm shifts within ethics normally have terrible times associated with them but if that is what it takes for a change I am all for the collapse of the system even though I do realize that most often it will get much worse before it gets better!

@reasoning logic,
I dont know what part you want explained but I think that too many people listen to the conservatives such as Rush and Michele Backmans lies with out checking into what they claim. They are paid for by business to distort whatever they can in order to put pressure on the government and large numbers of people believe them because they are either too lazy to check their statements or just believe whatever they say. Obama has many things that he should answer for as president but conservatives blatantly lying about the laws he has helped to pass shouldent be given any consideration until one has checked out the truthfulness of the statements.

@cicerone imposter,
The same as the rest of the animal kingdom a hierarchy! {pyramid} I do not find it odd that we have evolved so much in science but not in ethics because like all other animals we have greed and some crazy behaviors!

@RABEL222,
It strains my credulity to its limits that Michele Backman is being touted as a serious candidate for the Presidency.

It is likely that no politician is immune from...
The Shifting Sands of Campaigning

Romney in NH on Monday: (T)he president's failed. He did not cause the recession, but he made it worse.
Romney in PA on Thursday: I didn't say he made it worse.

15 months to go.

@realjohnboy,
He's just parroting the conservative meme; it's a wonder they can't think for themselves whether it's campaigning for president or they already hold office.

Conservative voters wants THEM to run our country.

We all get it wrong, "if we just knew when we were wrong we would be allot better off!
If you are saying that most republicans are psychopathic then I might agree with you but not all of them are and not all democrats are completely moral neither.

@reasoning logic,
Your interpretation leaves a lot to be desired. It's how most conservatives opinions on these boards mirror what their government leaders are saying - and doing/supporting.

Nobody is claiming that there are more or less psychopaths in any group whether its political, religious, or cultural.

Quit making ridiculous assumptions.

@cicerone imposter,
Sorry about that I am not trying to put people down when I say that republicans appear to have many more psychopathic traits than democrats because I think that we all have some traits but it seems to me that republicans seem to lean toward that side a little more

Despite being currently unused in diagnostic manuals, psychopathy and related terms such as psychopath are still widely used by mental health professionals and laymen alike. In particular, NATO has funded a series of Advanced Study Institutes on psychopathy, both before and after the publication of DSM-III. Researcher Robert Hare has been a particular champion of the term; his Hare Psychopathy Checklist is the standard tool for differentiating between those with antisocial personality disorder and the subset who are psychopaths. According to this scale the prevalence of antisocial personality disorder is two to three times that of psychopathy.[7]

@revelette,
We need to change offshore tax rules because its a dodge right now, further, FICA should be taxed up to the end of ordinary income. AND, the fuckin Congress should quit dippin into the SSTF as an ATM. SS is paid bt us, its not an "offhanded entitlement" like the GOP paints it. Its gotten into trouble because the SSTF has been tapped by Dems and GOP alike.
