@ican711nm,
LAST BUT NOT LEAST -- ICAN!
TO RESCUE AND SECURE OUR LIBERTY AND THE RULE OF LAW, OUR CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT, AND OUR CAPITALIST ECONOMY,
WE SHOULD VOTE FOR ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES WHO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Our first necessary objective is to elect people to Congress and the presidency who want to stop “excessive government spending and taxation.” Their mission must be to “secure public policy consistent with our three core values of Constitutionally Limited Government, Fiscal Responsibility and Free Markets.”
2. However, this first objective cannot be achieved without a president who will support and not veto it.
The solution is to first impeach President Obama, or initiate his removal from the presidency some other lawful way. He is unlawfully leading the transfer of private property from those persons and from those organizations who have lawfully earned it to those persons and those organizations who have not lawfully earned it.
Nowhere in the Constitution has the President, the Congress, or the Judiciary been granted the power to transfer private property from those who lawfully earned it to those who have not lawfully earned it. Any branch of the federal government that makes such private property transfers violates the "supreme law of the land," and their "oath or affirmation required by Article VI to support this Constitution".
When any branch of the federal government makes such property transfers, it is exercising powers not granted by the Constitution to the federal government. According to Amendment X, the exercise of such non-granted powers by the federal government violates the Constitution. Therefore, making such property transfers is unlawful.Because President Obama is committing these unlawful acts, we have to elect members to the House of Representatives, who will advocate, make, second, and debate a motion to impeach President Obama.
3. However, these first two objectives, while necessary, are not sufficient. Our next necessary objective is to convince future candidates to replace the current federal tax system with one that is necessary for achieving a government that actually shuns excessive government spending and taxation.
4. The tax system required is one which makes it difficult for Congress and the President to buy their future elections with government tax collections from particular groups of their constituencies. A tax system which is necessary to achieve that is a tax system that taxes a particular kind of a thing the same regardless of the quantity of those things taxed, and the quantity of those things owned by individuals. Specifically, we must tax each and every dollar of an individual’s annual gross income at the same rate (i.e., “uniform” rate) regardless of the size of that gross income.
If that uniform tax rate on individual incomes were for example 10%, a gross income of $10,000 would be taxed $1,000, a gross income of $100,000 would be taxed $10,000, a gross income of $10 million would be taxed $1 million, and a gross income of $10 billion would be taxed $1 billion. There would be zero pay backs, zero deductions, zero exemptions, and zero double taxations (e.g., corporate and inheritance income taxes must be zero).
Not only would such a tax system make it difficult to buy votes with tax deductions and exemptions, it would comply with the original meaning of the Constitution of the USA, Article I, Section 8, 1st paragraph, which says:
“The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States.”
The word imposts means taxes, and the word uniform means the same for all things of a particular kind (e.g., dollars). Uniform does not mean, uniform non-uniformity.
Such a tax system would also comply with the 16th Amendment to the Constitution:
“The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census of enumeration.”
ACHIEVING THESE ADDITIONAL OBJECTIVES WILL MAKE OUR LIBERTY UNDER THE RULE OF LAW MORE SECURE
5. Persevere in Iraq and Afghanistan until mass murders there are significantly reduced, and the Iraq and Afghanistan governments can without our help secure their people against mass murderers, and prevent the harboring of terrorists of the people of other countries!
6. Monitor without requiring warrants, suspected terrorist communications on common carriers in and outside the U.S.A, without communications carriers risking any liability for such, and to prevent but not indict terrorist murderers from murdering Americans!
7. Limit the Federal Government to strictly comply with those powers delegated to it by the lawfully amended USA Constitution, and begin by terminating those federal departments not expressly authorized by the USA Constitution?
8. Appoint only those federal judges who will be bound by the USA Constitution, and who will fulfill their oath to support the U.S.A. Constitution?
9. Impeach and remove from office any federal judges whose decisions do not comply with the USA Constitution?
10. Impeach and remove from office any federal judge that cites foreign law to support his or her decisions?
11. Elect only those federal officials who will comply with the USA Constitution, and who will fulfill their oath to support the U.S.A. Constitution?
12. Impeach and remove from office any elected government official who fails to comply with the USA Constitution, and fails to fulfill his or her oath to support the U.S.A. Constitution?
13. Limit federal restrictions on the development of USA petroleum reserves in order to facilitate USA energy independence of foreign countries?
14. Limit federal limitations and impediments on the management and development of public school districts within the USA?
15. Limit total annual federal expenditures to total annual federal income?
16. Prohibit federal, state, and local government from taking private property to be used for private purposes?
17. Make all class action civil suits illegal?
18. Limit civil suit financial awards to a specified number times actual damages?
19. Require losers of civil law suits to pay the winners’ legal expenses?
20. Require all voters in federal elections to supply proof of U.S.A. citizenship and be lawfully registered a pre-specified number of days before voting?
21. Secure U.S.A. borders against illegal entry and register every non-citizen in our nation?
22. Require labor unions to hold secret ballot elections every specified number of years to obtain a majority of those workers in any shop, in order to represent those workers in that shop for a specified number of years?
23. Repeal all federal Campaign Finance laws?
24. Repeal all federal aid to education?
25. Repeal all federal charities?
26. Reduce annually by a fixed percentage all federal individual retirement programs for other than federal military employees?
27. Reduce annually by a fixed percentage all federal medical insurance programs for other than federal military employees?
28. Require all federal appointments recommended by the President to be voted on by Congress within six months from the time the President submits a recommendation to Congress?
29. Require the Congress to submit to the state legislatures for their approval a Constitutional Amendment that empowers 38 or more state legislatures to change a USA Supreme Court decision?
30. Eliminate laws limiting what individuals can voluntarily choose to do or have done to their own bodies?
31. Prohibit the Congress from establishing any form of theistic or atheistic religion?
32. Permit on a first come first serve basis the display of both religious and non-religious artifacts on or in specified areas of federal government property?

Can't
by Edgar A. Guest
Can't is the worst word that's written or
spoken;
Doing more harm here than slander and lies;
On it is many a strong spirit broken,
And with it many a good purpose dies.
It springs from the lips of the thoughtless each
morning
And robs us of courage we need through the
day:
It rings in our ears like a timely-sent warning
And laughs when we falter and fall by the
way.
Can't is the father of feeble endeavor,
The parent of terror and half-hearted work;
It weakens the efforts of artisans clever,
And makes of the toiler an indolent shirk.
It poisons the soul of the man with a vision,
It stifles in infancy many a plan;
It greets honest toiling with open derision
And mocks at the hopes and the dreams of a
man.
Can't is a word none should speak without
blushing;
To utter it should be a symbol of shame;
Ambition and courage it daily is crushing;
It blights a man's purpose and shortens his
aim.
Despise it with all of your hatred of error;
Refuse it the lodgment it seeks in your brain;
Arm against it as a creature of terror,
And all that you dream of you some day shall
gain.
Can't is the word that is foe to ambition,
An enemy ambushed to shatter your will;
Its prey is forever the man with a mission
And bows but to courage and patience and
skill.
Hate it, with hatred that's deep and undying,
For once it is welcomed 'twill break any
man;
Whatever the goal you are seeking, keep trying
And answer this demon by saying:
"I can. "
