What happened during the scene in Dolan's Cadillac before Dolan fell into the trap??

So, I was watching Dolan's Cadillac and I saw this one scene, right before Dolan fell into the hole in the pavement, where he was shown a video of child trafficking victims, suggesting that was the business Dolan was about to go into. But, I saw that Dolan looked kind of distraught w/ the idea. Does this suggest that Dolan did NOT want to traffic children? I'm just curious!
