Hearing hallucination and anxiety / shock

Hi!

I'm having serious trouble with my hearing and get anxiety and also shock which has decreased. I've been through some traumatic experiences for instances a bank robbery and gone to school in a real rough area. I feel like a man or woman is controlling my head sometimes. But it doesn't necessarily mean that I lack in communication or empathy. I've gotten the review non communicative and anti-social. So I went to the doctor for answers and described my symptoms and how I felt. He didn't think it was any severe and wouldn't describe me as anti-social (the psychological and psychriatrical description). Maybe the person ment something else, has anyone else experienced something like this and did it go away? Maybe it's just simple depression? Have you experienced any difference if you exercised or not, or if you socialized with someone? Did people treat you different during this period and what is so strange? Are you paranoid or live in similar areas?

You might want to get a referral to a counselor who specializes the PSTD. You sound like you have been thru some experiences that are causing you pain.

@PUNKEY,
Hi Punkey

I've gotten alot better but still going through a lot of processing mentally.
3 meals, regular sleep, cardio, alot of water and a positive attitude.
