I want to build a website for my coffee shop business, but don’t have enough spare time to sit with developer for weeks to develop a website, I want to know about the minimum timescale of developing a website?

Get WordPress and do it in a few days.

It should normally take 3-6 weeks to design and build a typical, small scale website of 8-10 pages. The most time consuming phase of any web project is collecting and writing the content.
