Hmmm, good question. I have an old one in English that is quite a treasure.

Wait, let me see if I can find data on it, under the greasy thumbprints --

It's the NYT International Cookbook
Craig Claiborne
Harpers and Row

Mine is from 1971; presumably there are many more recent editions.

You might email Harpers and Row...

The one I have is from 1961. I was wondering about a Spanish translation because my wife is interested but doesn't speak English.

I looked this up on Amazon and the book I am talking about is different than yours, in that mine was first published in 1971 by Harper and Row, and has international recipes, and yours was in 1961 by Harper Collins (which I am guessing turned into Harper & Row).

Anyway, I looked around on Google and couldn't find mention of a Spanish translation.

Thank you ossobuco. I'll just have to do my best to translate.
