I have a question of sentence improvement
Q. We will 'take care of' your children when you are away at Mumbai.
Answer is:- look after
Is 'take care of' not correct.
I check meaning in dictionary of 'take care of ' and 'look after'. They are same in meaning.
Please tell me the difference. And proper use of both.
@devender,
They both mean the same thing.
Take care= providing day to day care ( food, etc)
Look after = might mean just checking in once in a while to see if they are OK.
