I am confused about the following sentence. I don't know if it is an example of faulty predication or faulty parallelism. Faulty parallelism is where two or more parts of a sentence are equivalent in meaning but not grammatically similar in form, but faulty predication states that the subject and verb may not be logically related. I can see where both may be applicable, but I am not certain.

"The measurement of the esophagus is measured from the incisors to the gastric cardia."

Can someone please tell me if this is faulty predication or faulty parallelism and explain why? Thanks.

@kvaghar,
It is faulty predication because the subject "The measurement ..." does not logically relate to the verb, "...is measured...".

If you decide to play at one of the casinos to which we gave a PERFECT reputation rating,...

Also, I would change "casinos reviews" to "casino reviews". I understand the way you have it is plural/plural, and I don't know any rule about it, but it just sounds better to me. It's kind of like people say "horse races" instead of "horses
races".
Good luck.
If this was a way to advertise your site, good work.

You might also change "gave" to "have given". Again, I don't know why. "Gave" is not incorrect, it just seems like "have given" flows better with "to which we".
P.S.: I was kidding about the advertising I know you are just doing your job.
( quite well)
