Yes, I think that would be lovely to frame your face.
I have a latina friend with the alltime greatest hair. We've hung out for, ****, working up to fifty years.
I met her when we both worked at a catholic hospital office while we were in college/uni; I'm thinking we were both barely eighteen. She had just been tossed from the convent (a postulant) for walking too loudly. (Trust me, it was something about not gliding. Well, perhaps there were other reasons...) Her hair was very black and near sparkling.
In all the years, whatever we've all been through as friends, I've never not thought her hair was great. She told me back then she added a black dye/rinse but not the particulars. As we all aged, in grace or not, she played with strawberry blond or some kind of gold blond - it looked fantastic, then back to black. I don't remember her getting into highlights as much as my other friends; she liked simplicity.
Last time we got together, when I went through LA before moving here to the heat capital, her hair was this glorious white halo.
I'll post a photo, once I find it, of some good old days, with her ok.
the diffrence between that first picture, and my REAL hair is that my hair was straightned by a hot iron every morning.
Ends trimmed once every 2 weeks
highlights re touched every 4 weeks
hot oil daily
( it was alot of work to make it look like I had naturally straight hair!)
My hair looks like hers -

but shorter, and a bit bushier..
But I dont load my hair down with product either anymore..
I like that photo.
My niece's hair is so intricately curly it just about never gets any kind of length at all, much less that kind of length. She has gotten all the expensive and time consuming rows, et al. There aren't a lot of images out there for any beauty with hair like hers. Very much too bad, in this day and age.
it is sad.
it is a popular, natural look.
I only found it by searching 'black female model'
Took me a while, but I saw her in a layne bryant catalog.
I think she is really beautiful and should be front and center with her career.
And with that hair!
I have always wanted hair like that model's.
No model has hair like my niece's.
Not good.
Not a lot of liberian models out there...
Parts of the United States have been experiencing an invasion of cicadas since May. My daughter Annie allowed one of these insects to crawl on her arm yesterday.
wandel, Eurasian girls/women are so beautiful. Love that picture of your Annie.
I have spent hours trying to locate certain pictures that have vanished. I noticed that Eryemil was here, Pantalones, and found out that Wales Rules was a black guy.
Oh Wandel, Annie is just adorable. And pretty brave.

That is taken from a famous photograph of a sailor kissing a woman in Times Square on the occassion of the end of World War Two:
Some of you may recall a photo I posted in the gallery years ago, of me with my two daughters. Here's one of them, last summer, almost all grown up.
Wow, cjhsa, she's a cutie.
She's a poser for sure.

But she happily shot that gun and seemed to be making the point that I should have bought it for her, instead of her little brother...
You'll have to make sure those guns are in sight when her dates pick her up.
Cjsha, my dad taught me to shoot when I was nine--a little .22 rifle. She's right, that gun should have been for her.
(Even a liberal isn't always totally against guns--just some of the stupid freaks who use them stupidly).

I would have happily purchased it for her... if she'd ever expressed any interest in hunting... she too learned to shoot a .22 when much younger.
