You know it's funny, I guessed two cards right consequetively when my friend asked me to, and then the next time my friend tried to guess with me, and I got the number right but the symbol wrong... lol is this a case of a one time psychic occurence disturbed by compulsive arrogance?

I am fascinated by the human mind. Though I'm a peaceful skeptic, I wouldn't doubt if there was indeed, some truth to the ESP phenomena. But sadly, the people I've met so far that say they are psychic have been all liars trying to get attention.

1 in approx. 33,150.

Insufficient information to calculate odds precisely.

Let's just clarify though. He did shuffle the pack first though, right?

I tend to do that a lot RK, specially among friends. But then again, my eyes are big enough for that, you could probably read my thoughts if you looked deep enough into them. Very Happy

I've also seen this among couples that have been together for a long time, it's very cute to watch. ^^

My best friend and I can carry entire conversations just by looking at each other. We both know each other's mind well enough to hold the conversation individually within our imagination and have them exactly the same. Doing this has freaked out many of the people who know us. Particularly when we suddenly switch from a non-vocal to a vocal conversation in the middle of "talking" about something.

I can do it on a slightly different level with my brother and sister.

This, (combined with our habbit of sleeping in the same bed when there's limited bedding at parties, etc.), has led a lot of people to think my best friend and I are dating when in fact we're not.

It has a downside.

You know when you think something but you know it's wrong to say it so you don't?

My wife of 18 years knows I've thought it and holds me in no less contempt for having not said it! Rolling Eyes
