The wild greens are in full force here and picking them on the cliff sides is equally a thrill. I am currently taking no vitamens but seeing my urine reveal a healthy color pertaining to the nutritional quality of these greens makes me smile.

Hey, the good root stimulaters are vitamine b-12. Could I dump my spinich on a row of pepperoni pizza and make them come up faster?

Dehydrated yields up a more or less amber shading to orange, doesn't it?

Oh yes, longterm dehydration can lead to kidney failure, which leads to even more colorful urine.
