The wild greens are in full force here and picking them on the cliff sides is equally a thrill. I am currently taking no vitamens but seeing my urine reveal a healthy color pertaining to the nutritional quality of these greens makes me smile.
lovely i suppose?
do we want to know what color it was before or are we bordering the line of getting this thread locked?
I like to see mine clear. helps me know i'm drinking enough water.
Ok I have been back for awhile here and now peeing yellow shocks me.Esp if i havenot taken a vitamen.
Yeah, b vitamines, very low blood sugar, or kidney failure.
Hey, the good root stimulaters are vitamine b-12. Could I dump my spinich on a row of pepperoni pizza and make them come up faster?
Really all of that. low blood sugar too ?
Asparagus has that fascinating effect.
A surprise every spring.
Someone picked the wild aspargus.
.......... no someone dug out the nearby wild asparagus
that i was looking forward to.
Yes, all that.
Asparagus gives it a decidedly off odor, too.
Smells like hepatitus actually !
I hate peeing yellow. Means you're dehydrated.
But does that future problems ? certainly frequet yellowness is not eliot ness ?
Dehydrated yields up a more or less amber shading to orange, doesn't it?
Oh yes, longterm dehydration can lead to kidney failure, which leads to even more colorful urine.
