Their turn around can be credited in no small part to the efforts of Jarryd Hayne.

@farmerman,
Wilso, I shall be attending the Sydney Football Stadium on Saturday 10th October to watch the mother of all football codes, Australia versus the Netherlands in the round ball game. I love my Aussie footballbut the round ball game is still very close to my heart. Smile

Well - I watched the final of the Shute Shield on telly yesterday - local (Sydney) rugby (union) tournament.

Sydney University vs Randwick.

University won the past 4 years.

Now 5 in a row!

Better than the bloody Wallabies I watched the previous week!

Has some snow outside Canberra yesterday. Boss decided to go on a picnic. Probably not the greatest decision he's made. Had pics today.

Was quite cold in Sydney last night - I had guests for dinner and pretty much threw them pout the front door at go home time - far too cold for this possum to wander out!

Who will you support, Dutchy? Looks like win-win from your perspective (or lose-lose if you're naturally pessimistic in outlook, which I know you aren't). Perhaps draw-draw might be the ideal result? The game should be played at the Wagga-Wagga.Very Happy

Yeah, Dutchy

What colours will you be wearing?

Orange??? So harsh!

Gold???

Oh and Melbourne Storm beat Wilso's Parramatta Eels, apparently.

@djjd62,
Yes, djjd62, the area near the town of Rockhampton is hit. A friend of mine sent me this picture last night of the fires burning at the back of their home.
