Yes, definitely. Me, too.
Just being a little more financially comfortable would make a huge different to my life.

I really get fed up with constant media reports of the "tragic lives" of the mega rich.

It would be funny if it wasn't so tragic. Or vice versa.

Hi msolga Smile

The weather is unusual all over. A couple of years ago in Michigan it was 70 degrees on April 2, then on the 8th we got 12 inches of snow.

Weird, spooky & onymous are how I'd describe it, lezzles.
What on earth are we waiting for?
Movement! Action! NOW!

Michigan sounds like Victoria.

Weird! And worrying.

Last night on the news they told us (NSW) that the cold front was moving up from Victoria overnight.

First thing this morning I turned on the tv news to see what had eventuated.

Yep, it was cold. Frosts expected in southern parts of Queensland (semi-tropical). Oh yes, it was snowing in the Blue Mountains.

So what? When cold weather hits, it does snow in the Blue Mountains. This time however, they were very busy fighting bush fires there. I haven't heard whether the snow was much help, but I sincerely hope so.

Er, excuse me, I don't mean to barge in here, but I have a question about Australia.

When are you guys all gonna get together for some drinks, take some pictures of each other making asses of yourselves, and post them on A2K for all us non-Australian A2Kers to enjoy?

Strange, very strange!

Yesterday afternoon it came close to snowing (sleet <sp?>) where I work. The students went crazy! Rushed outside & grabbed handfuls of the stuff & threw it at each other ..... they'd never experienced anything like this before!

You are clearly under the impression that Australians can stand each other, Kicky.

We'll discuss this at our next group meeting, kickycan.

But you see, I've only ever met one other Oz A2Ker - margo, from Sydney. So a group photograph is rather a tall order. It's a big country!

That's Mr Stillwater at the end - you probably won't recognise him with his new haircut.

Moondoggy is hiding behind Wilso - did anyone else get a picture of the others?
