The US has two willies and we don't even have one!

Mind you, the left coast one is weird.

@dlowan,
Baja isn't a willie - but Florida is definitely Uncle Sam's wang.

Hey, doesn't Australia lean back in the public loo, whip out Cape York Peninsula and yell 'That's not a willie, this is a ...'

I hope you know hinge that certain well known writers consider overt displays of machismo to derive from an occult strain of delicacy and delicious, delightful and elegantly irresistible gaiety which is considered embarrassing and a disguise is sought by emphasising its opposite somewhat overmuch.

Barry Humphries must be such a writer. He invents Patterson in order that Edna doesn't give us a false impression.

BTW--we know how big Australia is.

You're right. The choice of gifs is a tad confusing.

@tsarstepan,
Australian potato crisps are different from ones in the US?????

I'm happy with all the others, except Milo. Milo is ******* terrific, right?

And, to defend vegemite a tad, it isn't designed to be eaten neat from a spoon!

We once stayed with Hungarian Teachers in Budapest (school exchange trip) and my better half took presents of things that she thought typically British. This included a big jar of Marmite, which we obviously forgot to tell them about, and how you should only use a scrape here and there.
About three weeks after we returned, we received a long letter from Mrs Teacher to say that her hubby had gone down for a midnight sugar blast, and had quietly loaded his gob with a dessert spoon full.
She heard the ensuing noise and found him foaming and vomiting all over the kitchen floor.
She thought it was absolutely hilarious, doubly so because they were on really strict diets at the time, in order to lose weight.

Basically her letter ended with....that'll teach him.
