You hit the quote button of the post you want to grab. All is included in the grab, quote, code, img, etc tags, and all formatting such as bold, italic, colours. See this image:
Yeah. At the bottom select "My Preferences" and check quotes and any other option you would like to have. If you haven't set your time zone, this is a good time to do that, too.
