Disk Defragmenter

I know that there is a Disk Defragmenter for the hard disk of my (all?) computer.

Is there a disk defragmenter or similar function for the floppy disk?

insert the floppy u want to defrag.
run disk defrag.
select the floppy drive...

I had tried to do that but the Volume is preset to "C."
