Hello, been living in this home for about a year now, about a week ago I had a lot of appliances on in my kitchen, micro,roaster then the fridge kicked on and I guess sent a surge through the house. Any ideas of what happend and how to fix? and also see tiny sparks when i plug anything in the kitchen. Thanks

Info on my home, built in the 50s-60s.

@dalehileman,

@MichaelGD3,

Gd3 that could certainly account for the breaker [?] shutting down when the fridge came on, but not for other symptoms you 'scribe

Where'd'ya see the sparks, on one or both'v the power pins or on the grounding pin

& D'j have a multimeter
