Seems like me and Paok--and mebbe Cen-- 'bout the only ones left at a2k these days; so thot I might stiulate a bit'va 'cussion dwellig upon an electrical phenom of virtually no interest:
There is a li'l neon light in each of six switches on the control panel to my right, been usin' some 20 years. Three totally burnt out, two blinkin'. Looking back at my 86 years [87 tomorrow], a neon light seems pretty crude today in the time of semiconductors, doesn't it ??
