Yep. In the unequalable terminology of the day, the choice appears to be between a Grand Coalition, a Traffic Light Coalition or "Jamaica".

Help! I need an interpreter! Confused Laughing

Grand Coalition is Red/Black (or Black/Red, thats part of the issue), Traffic Light Coalition is Red/Yellow/Green and "Jamaica" is Black/Yellow/Green.

There, does that help? Razz

Hhmmm ... perhaps its related with this news story a week or two ago ...? Combined with a notion of the French banlieues being a multicultural timebomb, waiting to explode?

Grasping, here...

We had a map of "the world according to Ronald Reagan" much like that on our toilet door, way back when ... ;-)

I like Jeff Parker. I was hunkered down in my hurricane-proof room under the stairs at this time last year.

Even if the cartoon is a year old, I think it still applies because the president must be thinking about his popularity ratings at this time.

Do you think someone already posted it?

No, no one has.
Personally, I don't think Bush worries about his popularity ratings since he's a lame-duck president. The GOP might though.

A comment on "security measures" in Oz, but I guess it applies just as well in many other places, too?:
