You could omit "in our department", and add some punctuation.

"I would like to discuss, right now, something about you, that is unfortunately starting to bother me."

Is this being said by a boss or manager to someone about their behaviour or performance on the job? if so you could add e.g. "as manager of this department".

@yoyoman,
"I would like to discuss right now something about you that is unfortunately starting to bother me in our department"

Quote:
in our department
This dangles, Yo. The implication is, that it might not bother you elsewhere. A technicality, sure, Man, tho the rest of the sentence is jus' fine. My immediate sugg is to delete the phrase

Oh and 'unfortunately' is a bit redundant, might also be deleted

Hope we get more help from t'others, much smarter overall than me

@centrox,
Thank you very much both of you for all your help. Yes "in our department" does sound strange. I shall remove it.

How about this one?

"I would like to discuss, right now, something about you, that is unfortunately starting to bother me as an individual"

Thanks.

@yoyoman,
Concerning your involvement in our department, I would like to immediately discuss something that is troubling me.

Don't hold out on us! What is it that bothers you about this person?

@yoyoman,
"I would like to discuss, right now, something about you, that is unfortunately starting to bother me; but only as an individual"

Tho....still bothers me, 'cause 'as an individual' might mean you not me. I will think about this some more but doubtless Cen will explain better'n me
