I would think if it wasn't for this silly suit, that women who could look their "personal best" without make up weren't hassled about it. Some guy's beards can grow for days without looking offensive, while others are scruffy by noon. Scruffy shaves more and is 20 times more likely to be flagged for non-compliance. Trust me.:wink:
