Adult animated movie

It was an adult animated cartoon Film from like 1998 1999 2000ish era I think the title is The Kid ! But every time I type it in I can't find nothing. So maybe its the author or producers or actors named in front of it and then the title The Kid ? But in the film its a Caucasian blonde boy thats the protagonist. He breaks the fourth wall at the beginning of the segments there's three segments in the movie and at the beginning of each segment him and his friends like sing a song and then protagonist gets up into the camera and talks. Please help me find it soon I really wanna show my friends now before Halloween (one of the segments take place during Halloween). Another segment is about the protagonist seeing a pair of breasts in a magazine for the first time. And after has Visions of breast on everything including inanimate objects.
