Actually, I had to do a vegan dinner once, and I used sweetened soy milk to make a dessert risotto with dates, Moroccan spices, and candied carrot slices for garnish. It was quite good.

Chunky here. I used to buy 6# containers of Skippy from Sam's Club but they quit carrying it. I eat a PB sandwich every day almost. Half of one now. My Mom, bless her heart, always had a PB&J sandwich ready for me when I got home at midnight after working the swing shift at a factory when I was in college. A really pleasant memory for me.
