Thanks, I had to do this one on cardboard because I ran out of my Canva-paper. But this seemed to work so much better for pastels. I actually ripped the backing off of a pad of paper, and used it. It picks up the pastels well and creates an effect I'm looking for, and it's cheap Smile

Swear to god, when I clicked on this thread, someone hooted in the office next to me. It was priceless.

And the owl is good. It reminds me of the animated owl in Disney's Sword in the Stone. A career with Disney in your furture perhaps?

It looks very nice, CSys.
I would have kept the background a bit more consistent. I like the dark on the bottom right hand side, as I think it would give better emphasis to the night owl.

Yeah I agree, the background shouldn't change, next time I feel like getting my hands dirty again I'll fix that part.
