PC to TV via HDMI >> blackout

I need help. I'm trying to connect my PC to my Smart TV via HDMI cable, but even when I just touch (one side connected) cable connector to the other device's port it cuts the fuse in the house causing blackout. PC and TV use the same wall outlet, but they work perfectly at the same time when they are not connected (PC with LED monitor and TV by itself).
I tried this with different HDMI cables, and on different ports of the PC (on HDMI and on Displayport with HDMI adapter) and I also tried with another TV (Sony Bravia).

PC's videocard: Gigabyte GV-N760WF2OC-2GD 2GB /// 1x HDMI, 1x Displayport, 2X DVI
PC's PSU: FSP HYPER 600W
SmartTV: Samsung UE49MU6400

Any idea? Thanks!
