Sample Ballot in New York City

Our local municipality clerk just got the official ballot back from the State for review last week.

Unfortunately, the word 'millage' was misspelled in the main heading. The State says it cannot be corrected because that's how it was officially submitted to the state. There would not be enough time to correct it. (You would have thought someone would have called, but that's government for you) So the headline says ''milage' at the top.

The ballot will be posted on local community web site.
