"Do you like the house you are living in?" Why this sentence doesn't have "which or that" between "do you like the house ..... you are living in?"

"you are living in" is not a sentence. It is a phrase used to describe "house" - adjective

In my opinion, you have three choices:

1. Do you like the house in which you are living?
2. Do you like the house which you are living in?
3. Do you like the house you are living in?

No. 1 is very formal; No. 3 seems to be the most natural-sounding.
