In general, either 'will' or 'going to' are possible in that sentence. We can use either to make predictions, although some users will prefer 'going to' for a prediction is based upon evidence or signs (he's in the water; he cannot swim), or when something is about to happen.

'Going to' is not 'collo'. Grammatically correct fire officer: I hear creaking! Get back! That building is going to collapse!

'Gonna', on the other hand, is 'collo' in the extreme.

That building will collapse (sometime in the future).
