I was texting a girl about hanging out tomorrow. I spent a while trying to figure out the best adjective to end my sentence (If you want to hang out tomorrow that would be...). So my question is, is the question grammatically correct if you don't add an adjective?

No it is not correct. "That would be" without an adjective is incomplete. That would be what? Great? Good? Pleasant? Depressing? Awkward? Scary?
