Applying Finite Population Corrector

Hi, I would like to seek consultation on application of finite population corrector.

Finite population corrector is applied if n/N is more than 5% or 10%. n=sample size. N= population size.

In this case, if we have earlier used FPC to calculate our sample size, should we still apply the FPC corrector when we calculate the confidence interval based on the sample results? Please share your insights.
