Yeah, it works for women, Gautam, it works ....

Deb

One useful little habit I've picked up recently to help me switch off my very busy little brain is listening to a talking book when I hit the bed & turn off the light. Believe me, it works like a dream! Very Happy (I have this little portable cd/cassette player next to my bed.) The local library is a good source of talking books. My favourite so far has been Cloudstreet (Tim Winton). If this not sleeping thing is a constant problem for you (like it was for me) I thoroughly recommend this. It slows a galloping brain better than anything else I've tried.

I actually slept from 6PM til 1AM. But I was catching up from the many restless nights I have been having lately... My biological clock is all messed up now. Rolling Eyes

Laughing The thing is, Gautam, no matter how fascinating the story is, you never reach the end of the tape! At times I've thought: "I really, really want to find out what's going to happen next!" But no go! it's zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
It works like a drug, I promise!

More of a big "life changing event" day... I'm moving to Boston in January and I have been quite anxious about it. No biggie.

So... where in Australia?

Oh, I understand then! I'd be feeling the same! The excitement, the excitement ...!

Where in Oz?: Melbourne, Oz's 2nd largest city. At the southern part of the continent. Nice place/crazy weather!

Hmmm - I normally sleep ok - though not usually enough - (when I have a holiday, I sleep ridiculously long hours!).

Man, I was tired at work today....

I have to go back to finish my BA. It should be fun though. Yet, another place to add to the "been there" list. I'm sure Boston is an amazing city. Smile
