Some of my friends say that there is no artwork is cheap. You must cost much money to buy an artwork. Do you agree?

@sunshine793,
No.
I first sold my art work at street fairs, reasonably priced.
I've since sold quite a bit, owning, over time, two different galleries: larger prices.

No. Art is everywhere and it can be inexpensive.

The cost of artwork can vary tremendously. Many years ago in San Francisco I bought an original painting for $10. I still love it.
Later on in life, I bought prints from museums. They were more expensive. And sometimes the frame can cost some money, too.

@emmett grogan,
I couldn't agree with you more. Sometimes,I buy artwork on the street or Internet by lower price but I don't think they aren't really artwork.

@Roberta,
But I think I might like original painting better than print.

@sunshine793,
It depends on it's artistic level and how many people enjoy it.

Buy some cheap materials and make art for yourself. Just don't charge yourself labor. Technically, this is still buying artwork. Deconstructionist art is still art.
