Looks kinda Delften, arts and craftish/Art Noveau-ish, 19-teens -10- twentys? I like both blues and the yellowglaze.

The backs might have more info, wanna pop one out? They look like they've maybe been moved and reset. Someone sure liked them, that's a good sign.
