I used to work for a JaniKing regional office. My job was to make calls to companies who might be in need of janitorial services.

I worked there for 3 years before leaving for health reasons. I still go by the office whenever I can, because I have a lot of friends who work there. This particular franchise is very well managed, and the atmosphere is very positive.

I know many of the franchise owners, some who have been owners for as long as 15 years. They seem to do very well financially. It is a lot of work, especially in the beginning. However, many of the long time owners have their act together and they run very good operations.

So, my suggestion is to talk to as many of the active franchise owners as the regional office will let you. Pick their brains, get their honest opinions.

It won't be a walk in the park, but the opportunity is great for anyone who is dedicated to having their own business.

I am sorry, but you must be driving down dream lane. There are no franchise owners at JANI KING for 15 years. And you do not have friends at JK office. I know who you are and you are talking crap.

You're entitled to your opinion, even if it is wrong.

Name any franchisee who has been there for 15 years.

He uses USA Cable company
no one in UK more than 7 YEARS
and down to no more than 12 franchisees
they have LOST 100's of franchisees over the years
USA is a low cost franchise, around £5000 plus.
In UK it is over £100,000 for a PLAN 22
Even a PLAN ZERO is over £50,000
NOT SO LOW COST
AND THE FRANCHISEES THAT ARE STILL THERE ARE THERE AT THE COST OF OTHERS WHO LOST £££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££

NEVER HEARD OF HIM ON ANY JK COMMENTS PAGES ABOUT HOW WELL FRANCHISEES ARE DOING, THEN AGAIN MOST OF THE PEOPLE THAT MADE COMMENTS AND RECOMENDATIONS IN THE PAST HAVE NOW BEEN BOOTED OUT DUE TO VAT INVESTIGATIONS OR FAILES AND LOST £££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££

not sure as i never hurd of him but i can find out for u i know that jk are in serious trouble loosing many accounts

RAY SLATER, HE WAS A SERIOUS BUSINESS MAN. JANI KING GRINDED HIM INTO THE GUTTER EVEN WHEN HIS WIFE WAS VERY ILL. HE TRIED TO GET OUT OF HIS CONTRACT WITH HIS ACCOUNTS AND WAS DESTROYED BY THOMAS AND HOWARD.
