Until we can get more ex franchisees to participate in our questionnaire there are little more we can do at this moment? It may be an idea to put an advert in one of the national papers asking them to check the able2know site but I am in such a tight financial state that I could barely afford a stamp. As far as the time frame I have had consultancy on that and there could be problems except in the case of fraud.
I am hoping that we may attract more ex franchisees to participate in our questionaire. I do realise that many are reluctant as they have gagging orders and have lost a lot of money and have basically put it to bed, however this is a safe site and your ID is protected. We are only trying to establish whether there is a connection between j-k and the bank. We are hoping this will confirm our suspicion that the bank and j-k colluded to scam us.

i understand and u r right if i could help i would but i am only a wife off a franchise and i know my ex won't want to do this he never signed a gagging order so he could but also u say this site is safe i don't think so as there are many from jk on here who will spill

Jani-king are the kings of treachery. They have been relentless in cheating and bulling their franchisees to the point that their franchisees start believing they are complete idiots and they J-K alone hold the ace cards. With the help of the ex-franchisees I am confident that we will collapse their house of cards, but I need the answers to that simple questionnaire to move it along. As far as them obtaining your confidential info on this site is concerned that is a pipe dream of theirs. The info you have given on registering on this site is confidential to you and the vendors of this site and not only would it be un ethical for The vendors to release those details to anyone least of all j-k it would also be unlawful.
If you are happy to have lost all your money to j-ks scam franchise I envy you as any opportunity that I get to close them down will always be my priority and believe me this is one of those opportunities to make a relevant case. Do not let it pass by because you have been brow beaten into thinking they will find out who you are. They won’t. Fill in the questionnaire and let J-K know we are on to them.

Your confidentiality is safe on this site as long as you don't give your own personal details. If someone is prepared to have a go at JK, I'd hope everyone who has been ripped off should give as much help as possible to a fellow victim.

By the way i dont think the banks were in cahoots. Over the years there were various banks and building societies involved. It got that bad the DTI just did not lend to them.

If Jani King GB have gone to the wall, it's good news for any franchisees who are still going. No more finders fees, commissions or being tied to JK products or systems. They may even make a profit now.

Sorry to disapoint, but they will still operate but with new directors. If you do a companys search you will notice there are lots and lots of changes of directors. and dont worry about the franchisees as there are only a a few left 4/5 at the last count
