I some times receive a pair of e-mails from one person working for an organization. One e-mail contains a password. The other e-mail contains a blank where I should input the subject e-mail in order to be enabled to read the text in that e-mail.

Is this an efficient and effective way of protecting computer security?

How can I as an individual initiate such e-mails?
