Good morning from here in our Florida radio. Hope our edgar is alright. Music is healing.
Two songs for the morning here. First, a birthday guy:

Now, one for Roger who is my good friend.

@Letty,
I always thought Mickey and the Monkeys were a talented group. They still rerun Mickey as Circus Boy on TV.
Humming bird is a fine song also.

edgar, I love Whispering Pines by Johnny, and thanks for your comment.
Latin George, Welcome back. The Dimming of the Day and Picking Up the Pieces was great. Didn't know either of them, so once again thanks for the introduction.
Here are two songs to match edgtar's Whispering Pines.
First, The Ink Spots:

Now, "gentleman Jim":
I recall having heard this when I was going to see my Dave in Tennessee.

Frankie Miller
@edgarblythe,
I love Darlin' by Frankie Miller, edgar, and thanks again for your comment and personal acknowledgement.
For some reason, the name Frank Miller made me think of High Noon. Somehow, I thought part of the lyrics went, "..until I see Frank Miller dead.."
Here are two versions of High Noon. First, the instrumental:

Now, and interesting version by another man.

Duane Eddy was real popular in the late 50s. I think my favorite version of High Noon is sung by Tex Ritter. It's a rather complex song.

Another Beatles song
@edgarblythe,
It's Gettin' Better All the Time by the fab four was a great one.
Well, we know that there are only two remaining. Here is one that I never heard by Paul McCartney. It's odd, but I like things that are new, too.

This one may not work
Which made me think of Elton John in his early days.

Paul has written probably thousands of good songs. Elton's Crocodile song - not bad.

Bob Dylan
@edgarblythe,
Love that one by the Jester, edgar. Reminded me of The Court Jester:

@edgarblythe,
Pee Wee Herman doing that song was funny, edgar. Love it!
Saying goodnight with Willie:

From Letty with love to the world
Willie often does those kind of songs better than country.
