@edgarblythe,
edgar, Buffy's song worked, and I especially enjoy the angel visuals. Hope Jack Jones' song worked as well. I remember him best for the Love Boat which always reminds me of MizIzzie's liner.

Going to say good night with a classic, now.

Wonderful having Ontario via Germany and our British friend. Ah, I thought of Goaway today. She was from Texas too, edgar.

here is a great performer : Dudley Moore .

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0l3hq4G1iHs

Quote:
Dudley Stuart John Moore, CBE (19 April 1935 – 27 March 2002) was an English actor, comedian, musician and composer.

Moore first came to prominence in the UK as one of the four writer-performers in the comedy revue Beyond the Fringe from 1960, and with one member of that team, Peter Cook, collaborated on the television series Not Only... But Also. The double act worked on other projects until the mid-1970s, by which time Moore had settled in Los Angeles to concentrate on his movie acting.

His solo career as a comedy film actor was heightened by the success of hit Hollywood films, particularly Foul Play, 10 and Arthur. He received an Oscar nomination for the latter role. He was frequently referred to in the media as "Cuddly Dudley" or "The Sex Thimble", a reference to both his short stature and his reputation as a "ladies' man".

@edgarblythe,
Love Fats Domino doing I'm Walking to New Orleans. Oops, missed Jerry and The pacemakers.

hbg, sorry that I can't comment as my equipment in our radio station is misbehaving.

edgar, just wondering about your having gotten thumbs up twice, and there's no message or comment. Perhaps you can explain to us.

Today is this lady's birthday, and here she is playing a great acoustic guitar.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks for the explanation about the blank pages, edgar. I'll explain that to our listeners later.

Loved Joan doing North as well as Fleetwood's Mr. Blue.

Here's a brief tribute to Lloyd Bridges whose birthday is today. It's the theme from Sea Hunt.

and, y'all, remembering this fantastic piano player that we saw so long ago at The Embers in New York.

@edgarblythe,
Be My Baby by The Ronettes, brought back more memories, edgar, and thanks for your comment and personal acknowledgement.

Here's Another trio followed by the English lyrics.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=khHvMdzsW2c

Love is a flower that blooms so tender
Each kiss a dew drop of sweet surrender
Love is a moment of life enchanting
Let's take that moment
That tonight is granting

There's no tomorrow when love is new
Now is forever when love is true
So kiss me and hold me tight
There's no tomorrow
There's just tonight
