A lot of mixed messages on WA2K today.

It's always nice when someone like the push man and TTL address you personally.

Sorry if I can' acknowledge each contribution. I certainly know about Cheeche and Chong now.

If I mispelled the names, y'all I'm sorry!

Liked Old Man by Art, edgar. Ursula was very appreciative of my having played Bruce for her and her Swede.

Time for me to say goodnight, and I'm going to do so with Johnny. It's what we have in common that means a lot.

letty, it was hard to respond to much, with the bump problem and my internet coming and going. Johnny Mathis is always a favorite with me.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks, edgar, for that great song by Ray Charles and Gentleman Jim's Fallen Star was great.

Today is Bonnie Raitt's birthday, and here she is with Jackson Browne playing fantastic acoustic guitars.

@edgarblythe,
edgar, remember when we talked about Thor Hyerdahl doing Odin? Here's Jethro doing a similar one. (love Ventura Highway by America)TTL, thanks for that great song.

Well, I'm going to say goodnight with Jethro and The Duke.

Now Duke and the lyrics by "lady day"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4EnjP2NGcE

If you hear a song in blue
Like a flower crying for the dew
That was my heart serenading you
My prelude to a kiss

And if you hear a song that grows
From my tender sentimental woes
That was my heart trying to compose
A prelude to a kiss

Though it's just a simple melody
With nothing fancy, nothing much
You could turn it to a symphony
A Schubert tune with a Gershwin touch

Oh, how my love song gently cries
For the tenderness within your eyes
My love is a prelude that never dies
A prelude to a kiss

As always, from Letty with love to the world
