Tsar, Welcome back. Don't know Rickie Lee's Living it up, but it was a good one. Thanks for the introduction.

edgar, you know how I love Nat, and Love was perfect for today. That is a different one for the "dawn" man. Bless you was good, however. As was George Jones' Whose Gonna Fill Their Shoes.

Going to say goodnight early, because I'm experiencing some problems.

First, a birthday guy, and here's some info on him.

Victor Harry "Vic" Morrow (February 14, 1929 – July 23, 1982) was an American actor whose credits include a starring role in the 1960s TV series Combat!, prominent roles in a handful of other television and cinema dramas, and numerous guest roles on television. He and two children died when a stunt helicopter crashed on them during the filming of Twilight Zone: The Movie.

Now one by Johnny. You may not remember WilliamHenry III, but B.J. Cobalt introduced me to him. He said that this should be the state song.

Maybe things will be better tomorrow.

From Letty with love and hope.

When I was young, I often heard Sparky's Magic Piano on our children's radio show.
It covers six 78 rpm discs, and you don't often see a complete version on CD. Here's a recording, crackles and all, which may raise a few smiles and memories.

Sparky was an interesting presentation. There was another Sparky in those days. He was on Big John and Sparky. Sparky was a little elf who wanted more than anything else to be a real boy.

hbg, that medley by Dean and The McGuire Sisters was great. Knew almost all of the songs. Didn't know Florence, however, nor Charo doing Cuchi Cuchi. wonderful, however.

edgar, thanks again for your comments. John Anderson's Seminole Wind was lovely. Had no idea that Little Richard did By the Light of the Silvery Moon.

McTag, welcome back. Didn't know Sparky, but I loved the classical pieces. Ah, Battlefield Band and their Celtic Scottish music was inspiring.

Here's the classical piece that I did know from the sparks man.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks again for your comment, edgar, and your magic of restoring our signal.

Love Hank Locklin's Send Me the Pillow That you Dream on. Great background voices, too.

My word, folks, just found out that Steve Martin is going to be a daddy for the first time, and he's 67.

Let's play this one for him.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks for the comment, edgar.

Conway Twitty doing Danny Boy was funny, especially the second rendition, Texas. I think our Danny would smile at that version.

Today is Melissa Manchester's birthday, and those many have done this song, I love it by her.

@edgarblythe,
Yes, she does, edgar.

Didn't know Jack Scott, so once again you sent me searching.

Jack Scott is a Canadian/American singer and songwriter. He was the first white rock and roll star to come out of Detroit, Michigan.

Burning Bridges was a great one. Thanks again for the introduction.

Here's one by "little miss dynamite" that matches yours. Don't know the fellow in the visuals, but it seems that he is a performer as well.

@edgarblythe,
I don't know Ray Barretto either, edgar, but I know Perez Prado and Desi. I never see the Watusi that I don't think of "hebba". That was his avatar.

Here's the guy featured in the visuals. He is great.
